MOSCOW, March 31. /TASS/. The build-up of the military potential of the North Atlantic Alliance in the Black Sea region, the Baltic countries, as well as in Poland is unprecedented. This was announced on Friday at the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) following an expanded meeting of the leadership at the headquarters of the association.
“There is an unprecedented build-up of NATO’s military potential in the Baltic countries, Poland and the Black Sea region,” the report says.
CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov stressed that “the current international situation is characterized by the growth of global and regional contradictions,” in which the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization are also involved.
