MOSCOW, March 31. /TASS/. Conscripted servicemen will not be sent to the zone of a special military operation, there are enough contract soldiers and mobilized to solve the assigned tasks. This was announced on Friday by the head of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff Vladimir Tsimlyansky.
“Not a single conscripted serviceman will be sent to the zone of a special military operation. Today, the number of contracted servicemen and mobilized servicemen is quite sufficient to solve the tasks assigned to them,” he said on the Rossiya-24 TV channel .
The spring conscription in 2023 will take place at the usual time – from April 1 to July 15 – and will affect 147,000 Russians aged 18 to 27. At the same time, for the first time, it is planned to notify recruits, including in electronic form.
